popobuy.com will NOT charge any customer with hidden fees on their order. All fees and charges will be calculated and displayed accordingly in the checkout page.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct and proper shipping address is provided,we are not responsible for any lost packages that are caused by an incorrect shipping address provided. Return&Refund policy
- All the items for your order will be send out with our QC process to make sure no Manufacturer product defects or wrong products(Size,Color,Patterns)
- Conditions will NOT accept returns&refunds:Size not fitting,Color difference between product and images on your monitor.
We will be fully responsible for shipping damages,we will reserve the right to request for pictures , in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages.
- We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the package is returned to our facility due to multiple failed delivery attempts by the shipping carrier or if customer refused to accept the package.
- Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused . We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions.
